Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 9, 2026
Important. M3SH is a prepaid card, not a bank account or an investment product. You can only spend what you have loaded onto the card. Cards are issued by licensed partners; M3-SH provides the technology and does not hold your funds.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the platform available at https://m3sh.cards (the “Platform”), operated by M3-SH (“Provider”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
The Platform provides technological tools that allow users to create and manage virtual payment cards and related payment functionality through an online interface.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform or any services provided through it, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and the Provider.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
You are solely and fully responsible for how you use your account, your cards and the Platform, and for complying with all laws that apply to you and to each transaction. M3-SH does not support, facilitate or tolerate any illegal activity.
You must never use the Platform for: money laundering or concealing the origin of funds (including mixers and tumblers); terrorist financing or support for extremist groups; sanctions evasion or dealings with sanctioned persons or countries; violent crime, threats, extortion or ransom; human trafficking, forced labor or sexual exploitation; any abuse or exploitation of children; illegal drugs, weapons or explosives; fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft or the use of another person’s identity or account; hacking, malware, ransomware or stolen funds or data; darknet markets, illegal gambling or counterfeit goods; bribery, corruption or tax evasion; or any other unlawful purpose.
If we detect or reasonably suspect any such activity, we may refuse, freeze or reverse transactions, block cards, close the account, preserve all records and report to the competent authorities, without prior notice where the law allows. You are liable for any loss, fine or damage caused by your unlawful use, and you agree to indemnify and hold M3-SH harmless from it.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION, FEES AND SUPPORT
Identity verification is mandatory. No card is issued and no funds are moved until your identity has been verified by our specialized verification partner, using a valid government-issued ID and a selfie. We may ask for additional information, including source of funds, at any time.
The fees that apply are those shown on the website and in the app at the time of the transaction. Currently: card issuance USD 50 and funding 4%.
Support is provided through our official Telegram bot and by e-mail at contact@m3sh.cards. Before using the Telegram support you must tick the boxes accepting these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy; the date of your acceptance is recorded. M3-SH staff will never ask for your card number, CVV, password or verification codes.

The Provider shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
5. Use of Virtual Cards
The Platform may enable users to create, access, and manage virtual payment cards.
Virtual cards available through the Platform are issued and processed by licensed financial institutions or authorized payment partners. The Provider does not issue payment cards and does not act as a bank or financial institution.

The availability and functionality of virtual cards may depend on the policies, technical capabilities, and compliance requirements of third-party issuing partners and payment networks.
The Provider does not guarantee that virtual cards will be accepted by all merchants, payment systems, or online services.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of virtual cards complies with all applicable laws and payment network rules.

Fees may be charged or deducted automatically from available balances, card funds, or other payment methods connected to the Platform.
The Provider reserves the right to modify, introduce, or remove fees from time to time. Any such changes may be reflected within the Platform or communicated through appropriate channels.

Unless agreed otherwise, the number of arbitrators will be one (1) and that arbitrator must have relevant legal and technological expertise.
If you and we do not agree on the arbitrator to be appointed within fifteen (15) working days of the dispute proceeding to arbitration, the arbitrator is to be appointed by HKIAC.
The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and Provider concerning these Terms both parties agree to seek resolution through good faith negotiations.
If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute shall be escalated for mediation or arbitration in accordance with the governing law provisions set forth in these Terms.
Any claims or disagreements regarding transactions must be reported to Provider within a specified period as determined by applicable service rules or regulations. Failure to raise a dispute within the given timeframe may result in forfeiture of claims.
Provider reserves the right to investigate any disputes thoroughly and may require additional documentation from User to support their claim.
